We check all the process of production, checking the purchasing of material, which day to start cutting materials, confirming pre-production sample, production speed, packing, till shipping out of factory to catch the closing date.we appreciate very much the cooperation of the managers and workers. If any problem, we will immediately correct, or replace, buy new material, re-produce at any cost. We will report to customer.

In the new QC system,the QC is responsible for product and production process quality and is expected to establish test and inspection stands to ensure product and process quality for in-coming, in process and final test.
Quality controller Manager administer incoming inspection, provide Quality Engineering support to Production, Service, and to Project Engineering Teams regarding quality issues,develop measurement data and measurement techniques, statistical methods and analysis to report on quality and compliance to specifications, procedures and regulatory issues.
The Corporate Quality Systems Manager participate in disposition of defective goods, follow up on documented nonconformance and corrective actions. Other responsibilities include:
1. Participate in and contribute to design reviews for new products. 2. Improve incoming, in-process, and final quality control processes. 3. Coordinate repeatability and reproducibility studies in the evaluation and qualification of all ONDT products, and maintain records. 4. Lead the development of quality processes including analysis, improvement, and implementation. 5. Plan and develop the Quality Control programs for various projects often within the context of a manufacturing project team. 6. Perform qualification studies for new suppliers, components, and inspection test equipment. 7. Provide technical support to resolve quality problems in manufacturing, service, or suppliers as warranted. 8. Initiate corrective actions to change process, tooling, product design, documentation, training etc. to correct nonconformance. 9.Organize and generate detailed quality information reports to Production Engineering, Manufacturing, and Management. 10. Provide documented instructions for Q.C. Inspections, including inspection plans, test procedures, and quality standards. |
